Lets start off with a meet and greet. A discussion to learn your goals for your home and hear your ideal vision of your space, look and feel. A walk through of the entire property from the inside out is needed to get a feel where things currently stand. This is where I gather information, take photos and go through a series of questions. From here a plan is created for the transformation of your home.
We are a green, global friendly company and love recycling our clients existing items as much as possible and showcasing their treasured possessions. As a California licensed realtor, we can list your home for sale, staged and organized with the goal of getting you top dollar. We also work with realtors in helping with their clients’ needs in this area, with the highest of integrity. We have a Design Division for updating your primary residence, second home or vacation rental. Whether it’s a small remodel, creating a new space or updating an existing space, we are passionate about design as well as organization and would love the opportunity to work closely with you on your next project.

Package Pricing
Our home offices are in San Diego County, California and Maui, Hawaii and we are open to travel throughout Southern California and other Hawaiian Islands. Prices include a thirty minute in-home project consultation that may be applied to the total project rate. Hotel and expenses may apply if projects exceed one full day, and/or mileage. Product supplies are a direct reimbursement and based on client’s budget and preference. For detailed rates and more information please contact us.
San Diego County $60 charge credited towards project rate. Project rate: $120/hour for a team of two. Optional shopping rate: $150.00 flat rate to purchase all supplies (per project) and facilitate any returns. |
Orange & LA County $100 charge credited towards project rate. Project rate: $120/hour for a team of two. Optional shopping rate: $200 flat rate to purchase all supplies (per project) and facilitate any returns. |
Maui, HI $100 charge credited towards project rate. Project rate: $120/hour for a team of two. Optional shopping rate: $200 flat rate to purchase all supplies (per project) and facilitate any returns. |
Out-of-Town Hourly Rate: Each trip is quoted specifically based on the number of days, location, time of year, and the number of team members. The estimate is inclusive of hotel, airfare, and expenses. |
